1. Do not impose additional load on the building:
To build a double skin façade, the structures are placed separately on the ground and do not impose any additional load on the building. In other words, the façade bears its own load and does not add any weight to the building.
2. Prevent deflection:
To make a double skin façade, materials called circular rings are used. These rings, with the balance that they create in the construction of the façade, prevent the façade from deviating in the continuation of the construction process, and thus the façade is protected from possible deviations.
3. High light absorption:
Because most of the double skin façade is made of glass; It can easily absorb sunlight and reflect it, turning your building into one of the most beautiful buildings in the city.

Materials that can be used for double skin façade

Skins in the design of the façade of double skins can be made of different materials, each of which has its own disadvantages and advantages. In general, one of these shells is generally glass and forms the inner shell. The top shell is basically a more durable material that also helps discuss building security. • Iron plate: The use of iron sheets with a thickness of at least two millimeters in the façade of double skin metal is recommended. • Composite aluminum sheet: One of the advantages of composite sheets in the execution of this type of façade is that these sheets, unlike iron and aluminum sheets, do not need to be painted and by having PDF colors, they increase the work speed. And one of the disadvantages of aluminum sheets is that the composite sheets do not have a good view from the inside and it is not possible to implement it as a shell in the façade of double skin in front of the glass.
