Wind load and Permissable panel size:
The graphs for 3 and 4 mm thick ACP indicate the maximum permissible panel length without having to add a stiffener based on applicable design. Values apply to 4-side supported panels
The standard mounting for cassettes (aluminum composite panels) with agraffes recess. The use of sliding bolt elements facilitates the alignment of the tape and simplifies the assembly. This system consists of standard elements and is easy to use

Implementation of composite with fixing system:
In this method, the composite sheets after the cutting and groove in fixed form, with a bolt or a rivet attached to an aluminum or iron substructure, the installation process has a high speed, between the spacing of the sheets installed to create a more beautiful and water resistant façade, is applied from belt to sheet material or polyurethane adhesives or glue and silicone rubber. Fixing method can be used for both aluminum and iron substructures.
Advantages of composite implementation by fixing method:
- The installation speed is higher in this method
- The cost of running this system is lower
- Install and assemble method in this system is easier
Disadvantages of composite implementation with fixing method:
- Low lifetime of sealing adhesives and lower durability of whole facade system
- Due to the difference in the coefficient of iron expansion used in cushioning and aluminum panels, the total facade does not behave in the same way against
- building tensions
Implementation of aluminum composite facade with hanging system:
In this method, sheets using boots groove, mounted on a special aluminum profile in the form of a rail. After the implementation of the iron belt reinforcement, with the aim of eliminating possible structural errors, Iron corners with bean grooves are installed on the bundles according to the axis provided in the operational maps.
In the next step, aluminum rails with a specific section in the iron corners axis are attached to the substructure by aluminum brackets with two beak holes. In this method, in order to prevent Corrosion between iron and aluminum, PVC dielectric tires are used between aluminum brackets and ferrule corners. Finally, the aluminum composite sheets fitted to the aluminum lamel by U-shaped aluminum joints (called studs) placed inside aluminum lamels.
Advantages of composite implementation by hanging method:
- Sealing this system is mechanically without the need for rubber and silicon glue.
- Aluminum substructures are used to implement the facade, therefore the structural behavior of the substructures and the panels against the thermal stresses is the same.
- It is more stable against earthquakes vibration, strong winds and building tensions.
Generally, for a high-strength aluminum composite facade, the hanging system is dominated by the fixing system.
