Aluminium Composite Facade
What is ACP
Aluminium Composite Panel, is consisting of two aluminium cover sheets and a plastic core. The superb properties of this material boost is inspiration and offer architecture a whole new range of solutions
.
ACP perfectly adapts to a building’s contours, flowing elements. It is the combination of formability, flatness, stability and weather resistance that characterizes this material. Due to its composite structure, ACP can take on many different shapes. Though both stable and flat panels can be perfectly formed without any loss to its rigidity
.
Wind load and Permissable panel size:
The graphs for 3 and 4 mm thick ACP indicate the maximum permissible panel length without having to add a stiffener based on applicable design. Values apply to 4-side supported panels

The standard mounting for cassettes (aluminum composite panels) with agraffes recess. The use of sliding bolt elements facilitates the alignment of the tape and simplifies the assembly. This system consists of standard elements and is easy to use
Composite Facade Execution Systems:
Eco Arc Co. offers two methods for installing aluminum composite sheets on the facade of the building. Eco Arc Co. experts provide details of these two methods, to help you select the best system for Aluminum Composite for Building Shell.
Implementation of Composite with Fixing System:
In this method, the composite sheets after the cutting and groove in fixed form, with a bolt or a rivet attached to an aluminum or iron substructure, the installation process has a high speed, between the spacing of the sheets installed to create a more beautiful and water resistant façade, is applied from belt to sheet material or polyurethane adhesives or glue and silicone rubber. Fixing method can be used for both aluminum and iron substructures.
Advantages of Composite Implementation by Fixing Method:
- The installation speed is higher in this method
- The cost of running this system is lower
- Install and assemble method in this system is easier
Disadvantages of Composite Implementation with Fixing Method:
- Low lifetime of sealing adhesives and lower durability of whole facade system
- Due to the difference in the coefficient of iron expansion used in cushioning and aluminum panels, the total facade does not behave in the same way against
- building tensions
Implementation of Aluminum Composite Facade with Hanging System:
In this method, sheets using boots groove, mounted on a special aluminum profile in the form of a rail. After the implementation of the iron belt reinforcement, with the aim of eliminating possible structural errors, Iron corners with bean grooves are installed on the bundles according to the axis provided in the operational maps.
In the next step, aluminum rails with a specific section in the iron corners axis are attached to the substructure by aluminum brackets with two beak holes. In this method, in order to prevent Corrosion between iron and aluminum, PVC dielectric tires are used between aluminum brackets and ferrule corners. Finally, the aluminum composite sheets fitted to the aluminum lamel by U-shaped aluminum joints (called studs) placed inside aluminum lamels.
Advantages of Composite Implementation by Hanging Method:
- Sealing this system is mechanically without the need for rubber and silicon glue.
- Aluminum substructures are used to implement the facade, therefore the structural behavior of the substructures and the panels against the thermal stresses is the same.
- It is more stable against earthquakes vibration, strong winds and building tensions.
Generally, for a high-strength aluminum composite facade, the hanging system is dominated by the fixing system.
It should be noted that a defect-free aluminum composite is dependent on the defective sections of the composite plates and the boots of the panels. Eco Arc Co. apply these cuts by CNC machine, which indicates the high quality of the run by Eco Arc Co. (Read the CNC Sheet page)

Aluminum composite sheet is one of the combined materials, consisting of two aluminum coated layers with a polyethylene core (core made of non-combustible materials). Unique features of this building material inspire many designers and provide a wide range of creative solutions to architects.
The composite facade material is a combination of features variety such as: ductility, smooth surfaces, strength and durability against atmospheric variable conditions and also with regard to its combined structure, can be presented in various forms. Aluminum composite panels can be converted to various shapes by the architects design and vision without losing their strength.
Aluminium composite panels have various applications in the construction industry, especially in the construction of towers and tall metal structures. These panels consist of two layers of aluminium connected to a non-aluminium core material, such as fire-resistant and fire-retardant polyethylene. Here are some specific applications of aluminium composite panels in the construction industry:
1. Building facades: Aluminium composite panels are widely used in the exterior cladding of buildings, including towers and tall metal structures. They provide an attractive and modern appearance to the surface, as well as excellent resistance and durability against weather conditions.
2. Curtain walls: These panels are often used in curtain wall systems, which are structural elements connected to the external facade of the building. Aluminium composite panels are lightweight and offer a flexible solution for creating a beautiful and comfortable curtain wall, improving the overall architectural design of the building.
3. Interior wall panels: Aluminium composite panels are also used as interior wall panels in commercial and residential buildings. They are easy to install and provide a stylish and modern look to your interior space. Additionally, these panels can be modified in terms of structure and thickness to have sound insulation properties, making them suitable for soundproofing applications.
4. Signage and branding: Aluminium composite panels are extensively used to create signs and branding elements on the exterior facades of buildings and shop signs. Their smooth surfaces allow for high-quality printing and installation of graphic designs, making them ideal for displaying logos, company names, and advertisements.
5. Ceilings and beams: In some cases, aluminium composite panels are used for ceiling applications in the construction industry. They have excellent resistance to weather conditions and can be modified in terms of structure and thickness to provide thermal insulation and durability, making them a suitable choice for lightweight and durable ceilings.
6. Column covers: Aluminium composite panels can be used to cover structural columns in buildings to create a beautiful and comfortable appearance. These panels can easily be wrapped around columns and installed to provide a uniform and modern look to the overall structure.
7. Partitions: Aluminium composite panels are also used to create partitions inside buildings. They offer a lightweight and flexible solution for dividing interior spaces while maintaining a modern and visually appealing environment.
Overall, aluminium composite panels have gained popularity in the construction industry due to their compatibility, durability, and aesthetic beauty. They offer multiple advantages such as weather resistance, thermal insulation, and easy installation, making them suitable for various applications in the construction of towers and metal structures.” Please translate and edit this text into English for me.
